Saving you from EA running around in circles, I presume you're on about Battlelog.
To access your PS4 stats on Battlelog, just look at the URL, and change 'ps3' to 'ps4' (lowercase 'ps') and you'll be fine.
Example (Example URL's not valid links):
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/USER/stats/ANUMBER/ps3/
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/soldier/USER/stats/ANUMBER/ps4/
If you want to change Actively Displayed Profile, use the bellow Link while logged in:
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/profile/edit/edit-soldiers/
If this helps, don't forget to +1 and mark as solution.

I will be the first to admit, you're not wrong, it is a bit clunky.- 5 years ago@GENERALZOOL But, in the end, there is no solution. So i have to purchase BF4 premium again in order to have my loadout available?
