[PS4] Artifacting/Pixelation Issues

First of all, I'm thoroughly enjoying the game, or at least I was. Playing both campaign and multiplayer, I'm getting white pixels across the screen. http://s19.postimg.org/bonaciesz/1048392_1015375...

Thanks for the reply, eabarry. I agree, it certainly is odd. I've run through the troubleshooting suggestions you made:

I've uninstalled the game three or four times now since the problem occurred. On each occasion, it made no difference to the issue itself.
Switched HDMI cables. No change. They run straight from the PS4 to the TV, so no adapter to worry about.
Fiddled with the display settings, taking it down to 1080i, 720p. Other than the resolution being lower, didn't have any affect.
Lastly, I tried the PS4 out on a different TV in the house today. Smaller TV, still full HD. Same issue. I also changed the display settings, but again, to no avail.

This being the case, is the issue more likely to be a hardware fault than a software issue? If so, I'll contact Sony and request a replacement. I just wanted to cover all the bases first.
