- Anonymous12 years agoI have playstation plus. I was just playing multiplayer and when the match was finished Ithat error code popped up and now I'm back at the dash board

Yes me too about a dozen times now. Sometimes at start up, sometimes 30 minutes in. but back to dashboard every time

It seems to me that we deserve at least a little more info from DICE/EA/Sony on all of this. Is it too much to ask for a litte transparency? Here we are...having spent $60 on a product that doesnt function.
What are you doing about the problems?
When can we expect fixes?
What are you going to do to compensate your early adopters?
How is it acceptable for you take my money and then offer nothing in the wake of constant failure?
I am not alone in saying that BF4 was the only full title I purchased for the PS4 launch and I dont think it is going too far to say that I am insulted by all of this. I realize that issues are to be expected with launches. That being said, it is not exactly like anyone was blindsided by the amount of people trying to play. They knew how much traffic to expect and being anything but ready-to-play is unacceptable and all teams involved in development should be ashamed.

- Anonymous12 years agoFollowing all these links is just chasing our tails. When will you acknowledge that error code CE-34878-0 is an issue, and when will this be fixed? Game price plus upgrade price plus premium price is way too much for a broken game experience. Please respond with helpful information.

Something needs to be done! I bought this game and cannot even access it to play the campaign.
