Some folks have reported success removing the save file and starting over and though it's not an optimal solution, it appears to allow you to play the game.
I have a $400 PS4 system and $120 ($60 game, $50 Premium, $10 PS4 Digital Upgrade) worth of game that I can't play because Error CE-34878-0.

I've been able to delete the file sometimes, but now it doesn't seem to work. I can't start the game, as soon as you press 'options' to load game whamo you're done Error CE-34878-0.
Something else I've tried is uploading a known good file to online storage, and then back once it corrupts between servers. This has worked sometimes but not every time, as just deleting the corrupt file from app data works sometimes.
I also had this problem, The way I "fixed" the problem was after the game loaded and you press the Options button, spam X so the game with accept the Terms Of Service and go to the multiplayer screen. Hope this works for you as well
The error code comes up before I can even do anything. I have given up on the single player because the files keep getting corrupted. Now I can't even play multiplayer because of the code. I hope the issue will be resolved some or EA might start losing customers.
Getting the same error on PS4.
Every time I start the game it gives me an error. Have yo delete fild and start over again until the next error...very annoying.
Any details on when this wilk be fixed?
I simply load the game, and try to play the game. It gets to the main menu to choose Multiplayer or Single Player and it instantly kicks me to the main PS4 menu and says there is the error CE-34878-0.
Removing the save file and starting over SOMETIMES works but not always. I hope this isn't going be the answer EA is going to give us to play this game from now on, because I would like to at least play the second mission of the campaign without having to delete my save file over and over again just to play 2-3 multiplayer games before getting the error again.
i would like to play the campaign but everytime my save data keeps getting corrupted. i put 3hrs into the campaign twice and it got corrupted. i'm very angry. i cant find any online servers open. they all say nobody is playing. i want to play conquest. EA YOU SUCK. I really dont want to play call of duty but it seems like your going to make me
