PS4 Battlefield 4: CE-34878-0 Error: Cannot play the game at all!

For anyone who is getting this error, please post it here.  I am also getting the CE-34878-0 error as soon as the Main Menu pops up.  I literally have no time to do anything as it instantly kicks me ...

I bought BF4 at day one and I keep getting an error message ( CE-34878-0) and the game keeps corrupting my files. What is going on do I need to return my game and get a new one or is this problem happening everywhere? What is EA going to do about the problem?
