Ps4 BF1 CE-41839-5

ps4 Bf1 in 1.15 I can not get into the game anymore after the last whole and I am getting the CE-41839-5 error please help?

    And the update corrupted your game data, that´s why you should reinstall it.

    There is no problem with the new patch in general.

    how can I contact the game company why does not give information about this situation the last version was after bf1 1.15

      It´s not a problem with your game, it´s a problem with your system.

        I did it all, I just deleted the game and did not install it again. The system is not related to the system because there is no problem in the games and BF1 was working. After downloading version 1.15 of the game it did not open.
