PS4 freeze at startup screen
After the last update, I press the options button at the startup screen with the soldier running in the rain and the game never starts. How do I fix this?

Thank you. I'll give it a try tonight.
I tried and no go. My internet connection has worked all along; I can get to the PS store and play other games online, plus game updates. I tried port forwarding all of those ports on my router and still has the same issue. At the screen where it tells me to push the options button, it never leaves and eventually the music stops playing. When I take the disc out, I get an error message and when I go to suggestions, it says to update system software or update the game. I have the latest system software and I know it is the latest update of the game causing the problem because when I uninstalled and re-installed, I could play the game while the update was downloading.
