PS4 GAME WON'T INSTALL CAMPAIGN 100% FULL GAME 1%

So I bought a digital Battlefield 4 yesterday for $12 during the holiday sale on my PS4 and I started installing it. It took me more than 12 hours to install because I wen't over my data usage for my internet so I had to reduce speed untill next month, when it FINALLY finished i open it up, first thing I see, 'CAMPAIGN 100%' 'FULL GAME 0%' and it said that i could play the campaign so i decided to play the full campagin as the rest of the game downloads, i finish the first mission (it was fun) and then a message popped up saying that i can't play the rest of the campagin because it hasn't loaded yet, i was like WTF it says "CAMPAIGN 100%" this makes no sense and pisses me off. The worst part is that the full game is stuck at 1%. someone PLEASE help me with this, I have no clue on what to do rather then just wait it out which will literally take days since it's been on 1% for 3 hours at the moment.

P.S The 3GB update hasn't finished downloading yet.

EDIT: OH MY GOD, AFTER 3 HOURS OF PAIN IT WENT TO 2%... god help us all.
