ps4 Glitches?

Found a few glitches near the beginning of the game.A game breaking glitch  that allows you to get out of the map. I wasn't  sure where to report these or how. Have videos.

    In multiplayer when you are descending in a helicopter and jump out you immediately die and it says died in action. And it is annoying
