PS4 Single Player Completion/Trophy Bug

Playing on PS4. Beat all episodes on Veteran Difficulty (they all show completed progress bars and I have all the episode completion trophies) but I did not get any of the Complete trophies (Case Closed or Super Cop) or unlock Hardline Difficulty. I got the credits and watched them all the way through till it sent me to main menu. I've since completed the last mission an additional five times on Veteran, still no trophies or Hardline Difficuly. I have also found all the evidence files, caught all warrents, and completed all cases. Also didn't seem to get my gold battlepack that it "gave me" in the mission end screen for completing episode 10. Anyone know how to fix this?

    How did you get Hardline difficulty unlocked? My only options are Cadet, Officer, And Veteran. I thought you had to beat it on veteran to get Hardline difficulty to appear.

    This happened to me aswell but it was because i changed the difficulty to replay episodes just for evidence and arrest warrants and when i changed the difficulty it was on the main menu but it does say it will alter unlocks i overlooked you will have to restart campaign as in press triangle not just start first mission on veteran reset the whole campaign Seriously anyone who comes to this thread i geel your pain but seriously once you know the campaign u can complete it in around 3 hours honestly harline mode is funny once you vompleted the campiagn i mean cod veteran puts this to shame awful A.I. Cheers for the posts before this anyways lads. Again i feel ur pain. CUTSCENES AREN'T SKIPPABLE!!!!!

    I don't think this is what caused the issue for me as I played all episodes on Veteran straight through, without ever changing the difficulty. Only ever played on a different difficulty after seeing the credits.

    Same thing here, Played everything on VETERAN. For nothing ...... the trophies did not unlock. I am very disapointed for putting in so much hours !

    so well, it's May and this happened to me too - this rules out firware release of PS ... - I think I will probably delete profile, delete data and make a complete restart... wondering where are the multiplayer profile data tough.. stored online like COD AW ? if not I need to take last online trophy.

    interesting fact : same PS4 but different user - all trophies unlocked regularly. If i remember correctly the game was installed on his account first.

    p.s. unskippable cutscenes are * !

    Hello,

    I just bought this game Nov 2015 and downloaded all updates before started playing, I started straight Veteran difficult and did all evidence and missions, and game did not unlock Case Closed or Super Cop trophies. And becous of that I can't play Blue Eagle (Hardline difficulty).

    I have the issue just now. I have beaten the game on Veteran and didn't get the trophy and neither Hardline difficulty opened.
