PS4 Single Player Completion/Trophy Bug

Playing on PS4. Beat all episodes on Veteran Difficulty (they all show completed progress bars and I have all the episode completion trophies) but I did not get any of the Complete trophies (Case Closed or Super Cop) or unlock Hardline Difficulty. I got the credits and watched them all the way through till it sent me to main menu. I've since completed the last mission an additional five times on Veteran, still no trophies or Hardline Difficuly. I have also found all the evidence files, caught all warrents, and completed all cases. Also didn't seem to get my gold battlepack that it "gave me" in the mission end screen for completing episode 10. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks for your report. Trophies can be a bit tricky sometimes, it might be that your trophies will synch later with the server. Make sure that you check if you having the latest console update on your PS4 and keep an eye out if your trophies will properly synch after you play a bit more aka unlock a different achievement.

Since not unlocking the two completion trophies or Hardline difficulty I've unlocked a further five trophies. I now only have the three missing completion trophies and multiplayer trophies left. Each episode reads as completed on veteran. How do I unlock Hardline difficulty?

Any update on this. I've now gone back and completed each episode on veteran. No trophies or Hardline difficulty. Really wish cutscenes were skippable, would save so much time.

Having the same issue, it won't update pass episode 3 and I'm on episode 9 and have completed everything like case files and unlocks/battle packs/patch's have not received any of them.

By update you mean you don't have any of the episode trophies after episode 3?

I have the same problem. Finished all levels on veteran , completed all warrants and evidence and played the last level about 6 times all differently , no veteran trophy , depressing

Oh and I fibished every level on veteran , have all updates of ps4 and the game. Hope there's a fix

Same, finished all levels on veteran, got trophies for all levels, but none for completing the game, no hardline difficulty unlocked. Maybe playtest games before shipping?

I've completed the campaign myself on hardline (skipped veteran to kill two birds with one stone), neither trophies popped at all so now I'm going through the campaign a 4th time.....
