I need help with BF Hardline.
Every time I try to go online it says: "you've lost connection to PSN, and thus to EA servers."
I tried everything: EA Help, my EA account, ISP, PS4 and PS5, reinstalling the game, i even tried to link another EA account to my PSN and nothing works.
I can play other Battlefield and EA games normally, only BF Hardline has this issue and only in my account. I tried to log in others 2 accounts and it worked normally too.
servers are shutting down soon and I really want to play before they go offline.

Hello I have this issue as well. I receive the same error when I try to log on to multiplayer. The game is on loading in like I'm not connected to the Internet at all even though I am and can play other Battlefield games. I have tried absolutely everything as well to fix the issue including talking to EA multiple times regarding this issue. I can log on the game with other PSN accounts but not my main one. I really want to play the game before it shuts down as well.

I'm having the same issue on Xbox—I can't play with my own account, but I can log into multiplayer with other accounts without any problems.

If you have a 2nd account, log in and try to see if its working. For me it worked .

I want to get the trophies on my main account, not my alt 2nd account.

Same goes for me, I want to unlock the achievements I'm missing so I can complete the game 100% on my main account. I have no interest in playing on a secondary account.

It seems to be an issue with the EA account or Battlelog. I can play online on Battlefield 4 but Battlelog doesn't work at all. On battlefield Hardline it seems Battlelog is hardwired into the game and if it doesn't work the game won't let you go online. I'm currently in the process of trying to delete my old EA account from 2016 to see if it will resolve this issue and let me into multiplayer. I've talked to EA about 10 times now and every time they have closed my ticket without resolving this issue regarding gaining entry to multiplayer.

Yes, it seems to come from the EA / Battlelog account. I can play other Battlefield games, but not Hardline. EA support does not seem to be trained for technical problems, but to respond to stupid players who have not connected their console to the internet and wonder why they do not have access to multiplayer
