Update!!! I have finally gained access to multiplayer!! I went onto battlelog.com and signed out and signed in a few times via incognito mode and I also deleted my old EA account and now I am able to enter multiplayer. Try doing one or both of those things guys to see if it works.
I'm happy for you. As for me, I no longer have access to my old EA account because I lost the email address associated with it. Support had already assured me that my old account had been deleted, so I'm going to contact them again about this.
