I’ve also contacted EA support several times, but I’ve mostly received generic responses. The problem is that support staff are trained to handle simple issues and don’t know how to address my specific problem. They end up referring me to another colleague, hoping that person will have the answer.
One support representative finally sent me here and opened a case, but there’s no way to tell if it’s being processed or if it’s been thrown in the trash.

Unfortunately, persevering with EA Help is basically the only thing you can do when it comes to account issues. There's absolutely no harm in people leaving feedback here, of course, but there's just ultimately nothing that anyone on the forums can do to help in this situation.
