Ps4pro to xbox-x missing data?

Probably a n00b question. I moved from ps4pro to the xbox-x because the ps4pro was broken and a ps4pro and ps5 is not in store. But in bf2042 I have all my data back but in bf1 I lost everything. All my progress of hundreds and hundreds hours of playing is gone. How to fix? Is it fixable?

    Hi @Mowikan I'm sorry to say that it's not fixable. BF1 doesn't have cross-progression, like BF2042 does, so your account on PlayStation can't be carried over to your Xbox one.

    Thats horrible. No aelf respecting software company should do this. 😳😭

    i think i am gone cry for a few hours.

    Unfortunately Battlefield 1 was just before cross progression started to become the norm. @Mowikan,
