PS5 Active Solider Not Working from BattleLog

Question

I recently got a PS5 and downloaded BF4. I have a battlefield account that I used on my PS3 years ago with a pretty decent Solider Account. However, for some reason on my PS5 this solider will not go active and I cannot use this account?

How can I set my old account as my active solider for my PS5?

@cab54a1dfbb3ae38 If it's the exact same account you're using rather than a different one and everything is still linked in your EA Account, you'll probably need to get in touch with EA Help so they can take a look.

In case it relates to the problem you're facing, I can't find you on Battlelog under the EA Account name you're using here.
