PTFO Skins(Yells & Pegahmagabow) Having But Not Showing

Product: Battlefield 1Platform:PCSummarize your bug The 2 PTFO skins, "The Yells" for Lewis Gun and "The Pegahmagabow" for SMLE, are not showing even after the EA Game Advisors granted me and give them into my account. The truth is, I've got all 4 PTFO skins before but after some time they went missing, and after I contacted the Game Advisors, they've given them back to my account, but the 2 PTFO skins I've mentioned couldn't even show in the loadout(customization menu).How often does the bug occur? Have you restarted BF1?Please join a server and check if they´re still missing in the customization there.The main menu customization has small bugs (sometimes) 😉

I've tried customize in servers too whether full or empty, conquest or other types but they're still missing. Advisor told me that they are somehow not showing even they tried to add them several times.Sadly when I checked today, the "Family package" of my 1911 has gone too ☹️

I´m not really sure what to do on PC, this looks like an account problem.Can you reboot your PC, play a match and then look again?

This thing occurred several weeks ago and I've asked several Advisors but all of them feel confused. I'm playing the game everyday so I don't think rebooting or Playing some rounds could fix this.&nbsp;😢
