I've tried customize in servers too whether full or empty, conquest or other types but they're still missing. Advisor told me that they are somehow not showing even they tried to add them several times.Sadly when I checked today, the "Family package" of my 1911 has gone too ☹️

Yep I think it is an account problem. This thing occurred several weeks ago and I've asked several Advisors but all of them feel confused. I'm playing the game everyday so I don't think rebooting or Playing some rounds could fix this. 😢
