PUBG Console / PC Has An Amazing Feel, Could Battlefield Do The Same?

I really wish infantry combat in Battlefield had PUBG (Console / PC) gameplay mechanics. Not talking about Tencent PUBG mobile game.

If someone is unaware of what I'm talking about, it's because the game doesn't have aim assist (console and/ or PC) while also having heavy recoil for each weapon. Each gun feels completely different.

If you don't like the BR mode, there is a team deathmatch mode. Simply amazing how a game without an assisted feature, could affect so much less, so much less in so, I get more ingame time, rather than menus. Basically I die less, so I get more ingame playtime.

It would be an understatement saying I would enjoy bits of both games into one. The no aim assist, recoil, look, feel, movement of PUBG with vehicles, maps, servers of EA / Battlefield wow

  • As someone who has been playing PUBG on ps4/5 since it was released on ps4 and a big BF fan myself . I really wish they would do this too. BF does graphics, sounds , destruction , and so many other things so well . One thing it lacks is PUBG's gunplay . Its hands down the best there is of any shooter imo.

As you said , NO "hold my hand daddy" AIM ASSIST. Not at all .You have to actually learn how to handle your guns with or without attachments . Its the one thing i really wish Dice would step up and do big on this one ( although i doubt they will because they need to appease the participation award trophy gen) .It would just be awesome if they would go more in that route more towards PUBG's gunplay . I mean their gunplay is already better than COD but it could still improve more. I totally agree.

In total agreement. The gameplay feels so rewarding in PUBG, with one aspect one can't press a button and hold hands with aim assistance. Then there is the weapon handling like recoil that's very specific to the characteristics of each weapon, just wow.

That's honestly why I think most people overlook my discussions on Apex Legends and/ or Battlefield about aim assistance. They might be thinking I'm directly attacking them, but without the knowledge themselves of playing a video game with a controller, without aim assist, they just won't ever know (That's a tongue twister).

The major video game companies rushed out to make their own Battle Royale, but didn't stop to realize that PUBG wasn't just a gametype, it was a game.

I think Battlefield 4 is great, not so much Battlefield 1, 5. If they could incorporate just a small sliver of PUBG's weapon gameplay into Battlefield I would be grateful.
