Punkbuster / Evenbalance discontinuance of use.

I and my family have been a faithful battlefield players since the conception of the game in Battlefield 1942 over 10 years ago, was on several betas and have even provided useful features and feedback to EA over the years.  Within this time frame I have purchased well over $2476.63 of EA games software for my entire family to play together.  We have 5 different origin accounts so we can all play together.

Recently I have been banned by punkbuster for using memory mapping software not during any game but for my job in finding memory leaks during software development. Punkbuster detected this software dorment and loaded on my machine "not running" and has slated me for hacking and banned my guid from all servers that I commonly play on with my Battlefield Friends.

I have contacted Even balance with them just brushing me off twice with a cookie cutter response as a typical hacker and refuses to unban me.  I would rather play with hackers than not play at all.  Repurchasing a 6th copy of this game is just insane.

The code of Evenbalances software invades privacy of anyone who uses this game.  They can and do litterally obtain any information about your machine that they want. Therefore I propose that Even Balance not be included on Battlefield 4 or any future EA Games software.

I can assure you that I (and many others) will not purchase future games and expansions or any involvement with future EA Games purchases if Even Balance is part of the software.

Dealing with Cheaters and hackers is the responsibility of the Server Administrator not some 3rd party evasion software that watches my every move outside a game.

There is even a petition for an Inquiry into Even Balances evasive software and EULA signed by over 100,000 people.  Obviously this is hurting your business.  Please, we as faithful battlefield follwers beg EA GAMES to Drop Even Balance like a hot rock!  Or the future of our Battlefield legacy may suffer.
