    I appreciate that you've been a member of the EA Community for a long time, however, we can't do anything regarding PB bans. If EvenBalance already denied your appeal then that's it, it is really their call.

    As for your question, we don't have that information yet, so unfortunately we can't reply.

Laughable. What a poor reply. And even sadder: To this day it is still the exact same thing. For BF3, BF4 and BF Hardline. Anyone who gets a PB ban, be it deserving or not, is screwed.

Abusive people with an anti-cheat software that's rotten to the core.

Taking my money? Easy. EA gladly will. Try and help people with their issues with Evenbalance? What am I thinking? Of course EA won't help me.
