Punkbuster kick me when joining when i use controller

When i join a game with punkbuster it kicks me i have installed the DS3 tool i use it to play games with controller but i cant join any servers with punkbuster it kicks me even when i have closed it ...

Definintely do what chrohci said, resintall the latest version of punkbuster since the PB server can't communicate with it.
