I haven't played battlefield 4 in a while because I keep lagging but I decided to give it another go.
I think ever since the new update, I've been getting kicked after like 10 seconds of joining.
Try to update your Punkbuster. You can do it by following these steps:
1) Go to http://evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php
2) Download PBSetup zip file, open it and unpack pbsetup.exe
3) Once you get through a couple of mandatory steps a window with "Add a game", "Remove game", "Update Punkbuster" and "Quit" options will appear. Choose "Add a game" and select BF4 from the list.
4) PBSetup should update Punkbuster for BF4 automatically.
That should be enough. Still, restarting computer for a good measure wouldn't hurt.
