Awe dang bro. i had this same problem. luckily i fixed it. first you want to download punkbuster. It can be found here. (download one for windows) http://www.evenbalance.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php - next open it and click add game. Add battlefield 3 and you should see it appear in que.
Next click game and select "Check for Updates". it will run a scan and take about a minute or two. after it updates, your good to go. Have fun. hope i helped. it worked for me.
