PunkBuster (No Packet Flow)

You are not talking very polite and not to EA, this is a community driven support forum which means it's normal people like you in here, so try to behave 😉

Also: PunkBuster is not an EA-made program. It is developed by Even Balance and used in many online games.

Now the first thing you should do is download the installer software from: http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe then reinstall Punkbuster and notice if any error pop up when it runs its selftest, you can also run the test without reinstalling. Copy past the results in here.

Secondly, if you run some type of personal firewall or security software, make sure that you configure it to fully allow Punkbuster, especially PnkBstrA.exe. Remember there's a windows firewall also, allow it there as well. Also, if you run Windows 7, which you didn't mention, then users have reported that the following steps corrected issues for them: 1) login as an Administrator user, 2) open Windows Explorer and browse to c:\windows\system32 (or wherever the windows folder is on your machine) - note: if you run Windows 7 64 bit, you need to browse to c:\windows\syswow64 instead, 3) scroll down and find PnkBstrA.exe, 4) right-click PnkBstrA.exe and choose Properties, 5) click the Compatiblity tab, 6) click the button at the bottom of the window that reads "Change settings for all users", 7) click the checkbox for "Run this program as an administrator", 8) click the "Ok" buttons to accept the changes and get back out.

If the above doesn't work, try closing all firewalls, antivirus, antimalware, security programs and see if that helps.

Also turn off VPN's and other programs that can affect your network in nongaming kinda ways.

Lastly, if the above does not work then a format probably will solve whatever your problem is, or you can play on servers without Punkbuster which might not be that fun ☹️

At this point, I am search for a downvote button. EVERYTHING you mentioned, I did. My stupid punkbuster is fine. PbrA and PbrB work fine.

Can you please for the love of god stop copy pasting this stupid solution? It's also funny you should say that I'm not talking to EA, since pretty much everywhere I **bleep**ing go, I get redirected to somewhere else, "EA will be there to help you", and guess what, THEY AREN'T!

ALL THE PORTS HAVE BEEN OPEN. IT TOOK ME A **bleep**ING HOUR TO OPEN THEM. MY ROUTER IS OUT OF SLOTS NOW.

Why am I swearing? Well, because this issue has been going on for half a year.

"This is evenbalance's fault. Speak to them, don't ask EA" Oh so EA takes my money, and then tells me they have nothing to do with the issue and forget about me? Even tho their **bleep**ing retarded anti-cheat doesn't even know how to fix my issue?

WHY DOES THIS NEVER HAPPEN WITH VAC? (VALVE ANTI-CHEAT). AND ALL THE OTHER MILLIONS OF GAMES THAT I WAS SUCCESFULLY ABLE TO PLAY ONLINE?

If this is going to happen, this game isn't even worth a penny. Cause at this point, all the time I've wasted trying to fix this **bleep**, I could have scripted my own battlefield game.

Battlefield is the best FPS out here and EA should do more . I suggest getting more hardware approved in the game like flight sticks and gaming pads . Also allow for private servers to join in . I would love to run a server , and I think I could do a good job at it . Just a fan and a player trying to make things better . Don't want any hate responses' please .
