Hi,
the source of the problem is the Professional Unlocked Assignment. The guide and the Battlelog assignmenet progress bar is not good. You have to buy every class relared item and ignore the progress bar counter.
Pre-requirement: Professional Unlocked Assignment not complet!
Please purchase the following weapons/gadgets during gameplay and in the same time equip and use them too, to force datasync between Loadout and Awards. Do not buy in Battlelog!

When you done the shopping the Syndicate requirements will be visible.
