I will agree with you that you will hear excuse after excuse and all that you hear from the public is more or less impossibloe to tell who is being genuinely honest and who is lying. They are genuine people out there that have made these mistakes unknowingly and not realised what they have actually done wrong, Until a Moderator/advisor such as your self can correct us and place us in the right direction on the correct advice given from you.
One scenario is parents buy child BF3 for xmas and then purchase premuim for him/her. They do what i did and not realise (how many people dont read between the lines) and have there stats wiped and think its just an error with the game and carry on doign what there doing to then find out they have been banned. The parents wont be too happy with the gaming company since they have purchased a game at £40 and then the premium at £40 and there now unable to use it.I hope the childs in your example are above 16, in that case the parents are the ones that signed the contract for their childs. This still doens't change that they are bound to it.
Oh ive heard kids in game and they dont even sound 10 lol. Its justr hard for you guys to differentiate when someone has made that common error and not meant in hard by it and those who are lying.

Please refer here for infomaton on age ratings http://www.askaboutgames.com/age-rating-info/
"Age ratings ensure that entertainment content, such as films, videos, DVDs, and computer and video games, is clearly labelled for the minimum age group for which it is suitable. Age ratings provide guidance to consumers to help them decide whether or not to buy a particular product.
Previously, in the UK, age ratings for computer and video games came under two complementary systems: the voluntary European PEGI system, which stands for Pan-European Games Information, and the mandatory BBFC system, which stands for British Board of Film Classification.
Now, PEGI is the sole system used for new games. PEGI is used and recognised throughout Europe and is supported by the European Commission. Many thousands of games have been PEGI-rated since the scheme was devised and introduced in early 2003.
Essentially, the PEGI rating on a game confirms that it contains content suitable for a certain age group and above. So, a 7 game is suitable for everyone who is seven or older while an 18-rated game is deemed suitable only for adults. It is not, however, a measure of who will enjoy the game or how difficult that game is.
When buying a game for anyone under the age of 18, always look at the age rating to check it is suitable for the intended end-user."
And guys this board is for helping other members of the EA community, If you have nothing nice to say, please refrain from saying anything at all.
Thanks for that jlm1200, Im sure everyone is aware of the age rating on DVD's and Games etc... Just majority of people don't even remotely cares about the age rating, Same goes for copying movies and downloading games, movies, music.
