I have seen multiple people on this forum either be refused this service or having their Advisors add the game to their library almost instantly so I am not sure who am I supposed to trust.
Is it really that hard to offer the game digitally to people who have bought it on DVD? PC cases don't really have optical disk drives anymore as everyone uses USB so I would expect a big company like EA to think about it, I don't want update support for Battlefield 2, I don't want working multiplayer, I just want to be able to play the game offline with bots and I ceirtanly don't want to be forced by the company who made the game to get it through other means. I don't suppose EA will buy me a disk drive just to play their old games.
EA Help barely bothers to respond to me once per day and I mean that literally. They send a mail, I respond then I get an answer the next day, Rinse and repeat.
No one?

Keep lying in people's faces and say it's a job well done. You haven't answered anything. Jesus
