You didn't technically pay for B2K the first time, as that was something you got for free for buying the limited edition which means you also don't pay twice for it. You do however pay for something you already have but I know of no offer atm. where that would gain you a discount.

It's a part of EA's salesstrategy for BF3, like it or not.
