Assistance With An Account Ban
I purchased and started playing Battlefield 1 in May 2025. My account has not used any cheats or violated any terms of service, yet it has been permanently banned.
I do not understand why the EA support team would penalize a law-abiding player by accusing me of violating the rules. I have never used cheats or exploited bugs. I was simply playing normally on a computer at an internet cafe.
Of course, I could afford to buy the game again, but this account carries a part of my joy and serves as a witness to the bond between me and my friends. I just cannot bear to let go of these memories.
I bled fighting the Emperor's army in Fort de Vaux; I resisted the English-speaking invaders at Cape Helles; I fought the Tsar's army on the Volga River. I simply love this game. I am asking for my account back, which was banned perhaps simply because I was too poor to own a PC and had to play at an internet cafe. What is my crime? Was it playing this game?
I stake my life on it: I have not violated any rules (my friends were equally shocked when they learned of the ban). I just want to relive those happy times. To whoever reads this request, as a fellow gaming enthusiast, I beg you: please help me. I just want my account back.
Hi EriwnAlfred,
There is nobody here who can remove a ban - you will need to appeal to EA's Terms of Service team. The guide below should explain the process and allow you to create an appeal.

If you are successful in your appeal, I would recommend not using your EA account in an internet cafe going forwards, as doing so can cause problems such as this.
