Re: Banned from battlelog for Fifa 15 terms violation but I don't even own it
Yep. Exact same problem. Have sent an email to accountdisputes@ea.com back on the 14th Jan, but haven't received a response, other than the standard "have received your message" email. Unfortunately my account was hijacked back in Nov last year and someone purchased FIFA 15 and Assassin's Creed IV. I noticed it fairly quickly and was able to contact EA and get the transaction reversed and the games removed from my account. But it seems that whoever hijacked my account was able to somehow use it within FIFA 15 and as a result I have been banned from online games.
Overall this isn't a huge inconvenience as I don't tend to play online games much, but having just purchased Dragon Age Inquisition I would've liked to have at least tried the multiplayer once or twice.
Anyway, it would be nice to at least sort this out as I am not someone to use cheats or exploits in games. Don't care if they leave the ban in place for FIFA 15 (not a fan of soccer) as I will never own the game anyway, but would like it removed for all my other games.
I might try that Contact EA option.
