I already mailed the information to EA accountdisputes@ea.com...but no reply and when i call there toll free number..its on voice recording and its sayin they stopped picking up calls and they are saying go to help.ea.com...and now its thanks giving holidays in north america game advisors are not availble now..huhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....why they are banning people without any reason they should have give the reason...WORST SERVICE EA !!!!!

We are unable to discuss account actions through any other channel than the Account Disputes email, so we can't provide you with any information on your suspension.
Regarding your mail to accountdisputes@ea.com. Each account and/or persona is reviewed on a case by case basis. Though we make every effort to address these inquiries in less than 24 hours, we ask that you please be patient as it may take some additional time to do a full investigation.
