Hello costumer we dont give a **bleep** about you, just search it on your own here please i dont care... **bleep** this **bleep** man... everything is like that, why not just awnser the question about his problem and it's solved, meaby he did find a awnser after a while, but now i have not, Me and my friend was going to play BFBC2 but that was easier said than done, **bleep**. Installed it, updated, logged in, enter serial code, "okey i havent been online for a year meaby" "Serial code already in use" ok wtf is wrong now then, doesnt work......... facepalm... try to find the awnser, no where to be found, searching everywhere, no but we are so good in customer support, not at all, Where is the old email system?? now i have to press a link to youtube, twitter, or facebook. and by a chance of winning on a lottery i might get my question awnsered, and the question system indeed is good to look up the problem but, wtf there is like 5 common questions, this problem, that meny ppl have, should be a solution for but no support.... and when i go to a site to redeem the code it cant be done there, it sends me to another site that also says the the code could not be redeemed, that site sends me to the same site as before but in a difirent language........O.o Just whanted to play some old fun BFBC 2 but that turned out in a rage party... i think i made my point here..

I'm having the exact same problem. Purchased game, installed on new computer, says key code already in use. This is why i used to pirate games. I forget why I actually PAID these bastards money at some point. Hate.

I'm with you on this one, send in a massge, got my ticket number, "EA will contact you in 24 hours" 3 days later and nothing, sent another message and still got nothing. EA we don't like you wasting our money and they are plenty of other gaming companys that i can spend money with. Sort it out!!!
