I'm having the same problem as well, tried hard reset and uninstalled the game and all DLC and reinstalled, still having the same problem.
It worked fine prior to the new UI and every other game works fine on the console. Also since there was something mentioned about a possibility of it being an overheating issue, my console is in an open area and not heating up.
