Sorry to hear you have this issue.

I too was of the same opinion.

As of today on Xbox One there is a PISTOL SHAPED ICON in the lower left side of the MENUS SCREEN, down with the SERVER BROWSER and other shortcuts.Click on the PISTOL ICON to CHANGE YOUR LOADOUTS and CUSTOMIZE.

I hope your issue is now also resolved.

The web companion app doesn't work. I can't get logged in. It tells me I need to log in with my EA account even though I am already logged in with my EA account. Logging out and logging back in doesn't fix it.

Please HELP!!!!
