actually i just decided to just delete my save file for the game and it fixed the problem try just deleting your save file from everything fixed for me

Your multiplayer unlocks are not stored on your local machine's save file so deleting it will not erase them. Your multiplayer level, assignment progress, unlocks etc are all stored on DICE's multiplayer stat servers. The only thing that your local save file has in it is the single player campaign progress and your local player config for key bindings, graphics and audio settings etc. When you start BF1 does it say that you are offline?
- You only loose offline your online stats will be in tact. There's no way deleting your online and offline game saves affect the online progression.
The online is linked to you gamer profile on your platform and only deleting that will remove online stats.
