You do say that the region of your Xbox is the USA, but it really does sound like your Xbox's region is somewhere where the game detects the language as Arabic. I believe even if the system language is English, the game's own language is detected by the location setting instead. So do double-check your location that it is indeed set to USA. If it is set to USA and you still see the language in-game as Arabic, try for example the United Kingdom instead and see if there is any difference.
- Sign in to your Xbox One console.
- Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
- Select Settings.
- Select All Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Language & location.
- Select your new location from the list, and then select Restart now.
