@ragnarok013Next time, don't bother to type if you are going to repeat what I wrote as though it was a solution. That is nonsense and the point of my whole post. The reasonable thing to do is for the customer support to say "Of course, Sir! We would happily remove the game from your library and offer you a CD key for the BF3 Premium Edition EU free of charge for both you and your wife! We value our paying customers and agree that you should not be in a worse position than someone who has gotten the game for free. We hope you are satisfied with our service"
This is what should happen. A paying customer should not have to pay twice in order to get the same thing as a free-to-play person.
It amazes me how there are people who look at anti-consumer practices and smile, while asking for more...
