We are unable to add or subtract account entitlements or provide codes here on the EA Answer HQ since this is a community run self help forum and not EA customer support. Only a game advisor can do that and you have already spoken with one above.

To explain the DLC situation about why Premium transfers between consoles but China Rising does not, Premium is an account entitlement whereas China Rising is an actual piece of DLC.

    This is an issue which i am sure many users migrating across need to be aware of, and i am sure they agree we should get what we pay for!!!!!!!!

    I purchased the DLC's for Second Assault and Naval Strike, premium gives you all the DLC's thats what it is primarily for, your colleague states the DLC's can not be migrated across where premuim can???? so either the DLC's can be migrated or it cant???

    As i have stated already, i dont want something for free, i want what i paid for Battlefirld for which is the two DLC's mentioned above, and no one is willing to help. Your colleague closed the case before i could even respond which is rude and unprofessional and should be looked at as he represents your organisation.

    This needs action, please pass to senior member to assist me as this is outragoues and i am losing patience with your lack of customer service.
