I believe that you must go to the Axe site and then enter the code. At that time you must then specify which platform you need a code to redeem. After you do this you will be given a platform specific code to redeem on Origin (PC), Xbox Live, or the Playstation Network. For Origin there may be a delay of a few minutes to a few hours before the item shows up in Battlelog. For PSN and XBL you will download an actual physical battlepack that must be on your HDD to have the unlockables.

Where did you enter your code, and if you entered it on the axe site did you receive and enter your code on your platform's code redemption site afterward?
