Could you please provide us some more details about your PC? It would help our community to investigate your issue in order to find possible workarounds for your issue. Especially the first loading attempt after launching the game can take a while, have you tried to join small CQ maps?
However, make sure that you run your client as administrator and update Direct X and Microsoft .NET Framework
