see im haveing the same problem every thing works on mine but the premium and i don't have none of the premium dogtags or nothing and mine is xb1 and its from ea access got all the dlc and every thing but its not showing me as a premium member

if your account is set to UK, you should be able to log in to your account and purchase the DLC in the corresponding PSN store which should resolve that issue for you.

Your issue seems to be a bit different though, @HardCor3Gam3r88, since you play on Xbox which does not have that kind of region lock. What I can see though, is that you do have access to the DLCs, but no Premium on the account. You did have an Origin Access membership which is for PC, no EA Access membership thought. So from my side, everything is working as intended and no Premium content should be unlocked, just the DLC maps.

hmm that's wildcard cause i got ea access on my xbox one ahh no big worry no way 

I have already downloaded them however i dont see how this can effect me accessing the in-game store, however i will redownload them anyway

thanks fo that - I see the EA Access subscription now. If I check your soldier's battlelog, it also shows me your Premium dog tags. It might occur that some features are not accessible if you got Premium via EA Access, that includes mainly the Phantom Program.

i thought so but should all the dogtags for premium unlock i can understand the other stuff
