Same here but I did finally (after 10 hours) get it to 100% and install only it just hangs when trying to connect to a server.
I checked the online error page and it said to restart the computer - did that and of course it still won't play.
So did the stupid thing of getting it to repair install - 3 hours later it is still d/loading - up and back. Best is 66% but now at 35%.

EA hasn't replied because they give the impression they just don't care about their customers, customer satisfaction or whether their Online Gaming Platform works or not.
Steam Online Gaming Platform is fantastic, just wish EA/Origin/Dice would copy it and stop this nightmare so many of us have to go through !!

Hello everyone so the Battlefield 4 beta download is having issues and I was having the same problem so after tons of troubleshooting I found out how to fix this issue. This worked for me and should work for any one else (hopefully)
WHAT IS THE ISSUE
So while in the Origin application on windows in the top right corner it might say beta which means within the settings you checked a box that allows you to opt in for beta updates to the Origin client. But it seems that is is making a problem for the BF4 beta download for dozens of people.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR
- Ocne you may have started the download the percentage progress bar will load up to 100% and then you'll receive this error message from the origin client (ERROR 262148:131086 Please try again later)
- Which then you click close and click the resume button for the download that now starts at 81%
- Then the client gives you the error again
- Also the client may have installed the beta partially so you might be able to try a repair install (right click on Battlefield 4 beat tile and select REPAIR INSTALL and it will check for missing files and will download and try to install missing files) if your still receive an error or you are unable to start the game read below to hopefully solve this issue.
HOW TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE
- Uninstall the BF4 beta if it did install
- Uninstall Origin (Don't worry this wont get rid of any of your games but might remove setting)
- Re-download Origin https://www.origin.com/en-us/download (DON'T INSTALL JUST YET)
- Restart you computer
- Once restarted launch the origin install
- Launch Origin and wait for update (this update will be fine)
- Start the Battlefield 4 beta
- Once installed go to Battlelog and join a server
- ENJOY
By the way this was all done on a windows 8 machine

Nothing else worked, this did..
1. Close origin
2. Delete the cas_01.cas file and the one labele thread located here, C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 Beta\Data
3. Download the file https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/49042480/bf4%20beta%20missing%20file/cas_01.cas to your dat location.
4. Restart origin and resume the download it should start installing.
Enjoy!
