Re: Battlefield Bad Company 1 (Xbox 360): Failed to connect to EA Online

Hello EA_Atic, thank you for responding. When I tried getting online on 10/9/18 there was only one attempt made, however I did also make some attempts today. Today after getting the "Failed to connect EA Online" message I then proceeded to go to my Xbox 360's system setting to clear the cache. After that I then launched the game again to make another attempt. Sadly I still couldn't get online.

@EA_Atic - I have not been able to connect to BF: Bad Company 1 for a week or so. Are the servers down again? 8/1/2019

@SallySmith33333  looking at our servers and they are up and we see players playing. 

Have you tried any of our connective troubleshooting?
