The dino mask and wolf mask can be unlocked by completing the CASH HOARDER 3 assignment. It requires you to have $10,000,000 in your wallet at the end of any round. And yes, Bounty Hunting mode is in the next DLC

The Criminal activity DLC goes live at the end of June, the masks ingame are done by getting 10 million dollars of ingame cash. Hope this helps!
