@calamari77 I guess with re-installing and contacting EA support you have already performed a hard reset of your console? Some additional information might be helpful, such as if your console is connected via wired or wireless connection and is the console placed in an area which guarantees a proper air-flow for the hardware?

I've reinstalled, moved it to my internal and hard reset but keep having the same issue, I only bought the game the other day but why are you still selling it if so many people are having this issue? Can you send me a disk version? I mainly see the issue from people that seem to be playing a digital copy
I have the same problem here. We have two Xbox one at home so we bought digital games and share them because it is possible. At the beginin I had a bf hardline disc but now it is digital. It keep crashing 2 min after joining a game on the first Xbox which is a day one Xbox. On my Xbox it looks like it's ok but it crashed many times too.
I think the Xbox one has some problem to load the game when it is a digital version. Loading the element when joining the server may be the reason why it doesn't crashes at the moment when you join the server. This problem never happened when I had a disc version.
Maybe bf hardline has the same problem as bf4 at its beginin?
