I have been receiving this message the past few days and i just did a couple more TDM rounds still got nothing

That message is showing up in my game as well (for 2 days now), and I´m 100% sure that I´ve received it on March 7th.
I didn´t have to play, Battlepack and Scraps were just there.
So please try to remember if a Battlepack suddenly appeared last week. If not, contact EA Support as suggested.
OK, I think they´ll confirm that you´ve already got it, or they´ll give you some scraps instead.
But if you received a Battlepack, you most likely received scraps as well.

EA Help just send me on * forums.... I have same problem after play few rounds I get NOTHING. When I was on chat with tech support they told me WE CANT HELP YOU GO ON FORUM and on forume they told me WE CANT HELP YOU GO TECH SUPPORT.... * pathetic
