Yeah I'm able to play is a minor issue to play with friends but game is really good guys 

Bought an Xbox for this game friday, game came with the xbox.  Finished installing this morning. Several hard resets and issue still exists, definitely valid xbox gold membership.Issue is very frustrating.

100% sure on adult account.

Additional information: While dling game I went into the game to play campaign during the dl, I noticed that though i was almost 60 to 70 percent through that it stated that I had only downloaded 1% of the game, and when I went to multiplayer tab that it stated I only had downloaded 1% of multiplayer. I did not have any troubles beginning the campaign.

Hello, I am having the same issue with multiplayer privelages. I was p[laying yesterday with no problem but today i am unable to play anything except the solo campaign. My gamertag is E Dragon 21. 

My gamertag is Godlink30 and I have been affected by this since yesterday around 5.

Ok I think my issue is different than some other peoples:

I finally got hold of EA Advisor and here is my issue: When I purchased the console/battlefield 1 combo pack it came with a one month subscription that reads Account on xbox live required. However I did not previously have Xbox live as I have not played in some time. Turns out this does not provide access and if you read fine print ALL THE WAY THROUGH then it says that gold membership is required.

TLDR I am stupid/did not read fine print. 

Good luck to those that have real Live memberships and hopefully I catch some with my issue.

I can't access anything online with Battlefield through Xbox. It won't let me load Battlefield 4, Career, Watch, or News.

 I am having this issue and have never had it before, not even on the beta; it has happened completely at random. My age settings are correct and my gold membership does not need renewal. This is only occurring on bf1 I can play other games such as fifa and gears of war just fine. GT: MCFC Maestro

For some/most it may just go away on its own, and we are looking into this. 

In the meantime it may help to perform a system restart. Hold the button on the front until your Xbox beeps and shuts down, then try again after starting back up. 

Hard restart does not work. Who should we speak with at EA for refund? Company should stand behind product and not deflect the issue. Own it

Same problem for me. Bought an xbox one s Battlefield 1 edition a week ago, played battlefield 1 online fine for a few days then yesterday I get the 'Missing Multiplayer Privileges' message on all multiplayer pages. Other online games and the store work but not Battlefield 1 multiplayer.

I tried a reset, but that didn't do anything. According to a previous post EA are working on it, an update would be nice...

This is BS. Bought the game for the sole purpose of playing online and now it keeps coming up with this error. after two weeks. Wanting a refund. Really disappointing as a loyal Battlefield fan. Would really appreciate some clear answers on what is going on. Can't find anything anywhere. Very poor 

I've tried EVERYTHING imagineable as a fix.  I've added ports on my modem, done an XBOX reset. I even purchased another GOLD membership thinking something might be wrong with my subscription.  NOTHING WORKS!!!

C'mon EA, acknowledge the problem so we can quit wasting time thinking it's on our end.
