I cant log in my old account

Hello, I got an error when trying to log into BF1. I thought the problem was with my EA account, so I disconnected it from Steam, logged out, and then logged back in (I don’t remember if I used the same email or a different one). Then I realized the issue was with my internet connection and fixed it. However, right now I can only log into the game with a new Battlefield 1 account. I had a lot of items and a lot of effort invested in my old account. Is there any way I can reconnect to my old account?
