It's been months since we purchased this game and my son still does not have multiplayer privileges. We have tried EVERYTHING. Deleted, reinstalled, configured ports... you name it. I purchased Xbox live for his account solely for one month (even though I already purchased it on the family account). Didn't help. Nothing has worked. Here is my son's gamertag: spartanjames25
Any and all help is appreciated.
Try this, if there is a button to press to connect when you are in the menu, press it everytime it says to. (spam the button). Its the only thing that worked for me. Thank YouTube. EA doesnt have a clue about connectivity coding, lol.

Thank you to everyone who has posted. For some closer investigation we may want some "live" tracking of the issue. To this end, if you still have this issue and can play during roughly EU office hours (10:00 to 17:00 UTC) can you send me a PM? It may help if this issue is persistent for you.
For most folks this goes away using the various troubleshooting methods, but we of course want to prevent this from happening at all. - EA_David9 years ago

- Anonymous9 years agoHi David, I've just purchased BF1. It took a really long time to download and when it finally did I received the message missing multilayer privileges. The time was 2:30 pm eastern central. This is a huge disappointment for me considering I have no interest in the campaign. I'm only interested in the online. It has been bugging me like crazy for days now. Please HELP ME.......

Try playing a different game online to see if that works. If the online feature works fine on other games then it is a bug on Battliefield, if not then it may be a console issue. (Or PC) - Anonymous9 years ago
Hi, I'm having the same issue. The game worked for a month before this started happening. I've attempted all the troubleshooting tips in the thread thus far.
My Gamertag is --StorewideNine6
It would be much appreciated if I could be given access to multiplayer again.
